Currently 5000 sq ft, with half being a nice residence.  It can quickly be reduced to 2500 sq ft and cut the rent in half.  But there is absolutely no cheaper way to move to Florida.  Great living space and great business!  I won't sugarcoat it.  You have to work hard when you get swamped with orders.  People expect to have their orders on time.  And we have never failed them.
